To the surprise of few, on June 17th British Home Secretary Priti Patel signed off on WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange’s extradition to the US. His legal team now has just 14 days to appeal the decision, which journalist Peter Hitchens rightly branded

In how far was this animated by their business model that targets also the liberal US audience, since at least Bush's days? In any case, since then the Guardian has run further away from the truth-telling embodied in Assange: their Ukraine coverage is truly embarrassing.
